The opening season continues beyond the arts festival. Announced winter performances include Turandot, The Nutcracker and András Schiff with Staatskapelle Dresden. The guide distinguishes the new Pudong house from Shanghai Grand Theatre.

Le Roi Soleil, Ludwig2, Einstein and Molière span French court spectacle, a German staged concert and rap. Einstein explicitly offers Chinese and English surtitles; the individual booking calendars give the performance dates.
