The request form
When you press Send my enquiry, your name, reply address, selected experience, preferred date and time, group size and planning notes are submitted securely to this website’s server and emailed to Edward using Resend. The website does not keep a booking database or save the content of your enquiry. An enquiry does not reserve a date.
Email and security
Resend and Edward’s email provider process and retain the message to deliver it and support your conversation. Your address is used as Reply-To so Edward can respond directly. Short-lived security counters use a keyed hash of the request address to limit spam; they contain no enquiry text and are removed after their security window on subsequent requests. Contact Edward to ask about an enquiry you have sent.
Sensitive information
Please do not include passport numbers, payment-card details or medical records. A practical description of a dietary or access need is enough to begin planning.
External resources
Links to outside websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Any externally hosted photograph or resource can result in a request from your browser to its host.
Preferences and hosting
The arrival animation uses session storage to remember that it has played in your current browser tab. The currency switch saves only your RMB/USD display choice in local storage on this device, so it follows you between pages. You can change it at any time or clear browser storage to reset it. These preferences do not identify you. Optional sound starts only when you choose to play it.
It has no booking database and does not accept card payments. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information to deliver and secure the site.

Optional website and advertising measurement
If you choose Allow measurement, we load Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand which pages people visit and which campaigns lead to an enquiry. Google may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page visits, advertising click identifiers and a cookie identifier. Google may process this information outside your country.
We send an enquiry event only after our server confirms that your enquiry was sent. This is an enquiry, not a paid or confirmed booking. We do not send your name, email address, travel date, message, dietary needs or access needs to these measurement tools. We do not use these tools for personalized advertising or send them information from your enquiry.
Google measurement tags remain blocked until you allow them. Declining does not affect browsing or enquiries. Your choice is saved on this device for up to 180 days; you can change it using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement and removes accessible Google measurement cookies from this site; it does not erase information already received by Google. Browser protections or extensions may also block measurement.
Analytics cookies are configured for up to 90 days without renewal on each visit. Google Ads may set its own measurement cookies. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy.
